Director, Business Development & Marketing
Chris joined McIntyre in the Summer 2012 as a Director of Search and Client Services, bringing with him 14 years of marketing, sales, and operations experience. A former marketing professional and district sales manager, Chris brings his easy going and relationship driven style along with his experiences to help network, recruit, and research top talent for our clients.
Prior to joining McIntyre, Chris worked for SuperMedia Inc., a national advertising and digital media company, where he managed over time a client base of more than 1000 clients with a total advertising budget of $5M in his region. He was a top sales leader and consultant for almost nine years, helping businesses through a consultative sales approach to build print and digital marketing campaigns. With much success building relationships, learning about people and networking in the advertising world, Chris is excited to use these skills to help organizations recruit great talent.
Chris earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Medaille College. He is an avid golfer, big sports fan and enjoys traveling around the United States and internationally. He is also an animal lover that enjoys spending time with “Bella” his three and a half pound Yorkshire Terrier. He and his family live in Western New York.
Today, Chris is continuing his education and growing his knowledge in recruiting and sourcing by attending courses through the AIRS Academy. He is a Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR), Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR), Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR), has the Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) and is pursuing the Élite Certified Recruitment Expert (ECRE) certification.
