McIntyre’s Social Cause for 2015

McIntyre has embraced the American Heart Association as a social cause for 2015.  We are passionate about building healthier lives and helping others flourish in healthy and vigorous ways.  Team members will volunteer and participate in various Heart Association activities throughout the year.  Cookie McIntyre, our CEO, continues her involvement as a Circle of Red member in Columbus.

We encourage you to celebrate National Heart Month and the 12th anniversary of National Wear Red Day on Friday, February 6th, 2015.  Tremendous strides have been made in the last 12 years.  Today, nearly 90% of women have made at least one healthy behavior change and more than 50% of women have increased their exercise.

The Columbus office of McIntyre Executive Search and Cult Marketing had the pleasure of attending the NAWBO Luncheon Secrets to Success on December 4, 2014 at Confluence Park.

Rosanne Dickerson appointed Vice President, Human Resources, Americas, GI/GS, SBU, and Corporate HR for CSC

Rosanne Dickerson has been appointed Vice President, Human Resources, Americas, GI/GS, SBU, and Corporate for CSC. CSC (Computer Science Corporation) is a global leader of next-generation information technology (IT) services and solutions. Their mission is to enable superior returns on clients’ technology investments through best-in-class industry solutions, domain expertise and global scale.

Previously, Rosanne was the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Operations Officer for Providence Health & Services. She has also held executive HR roles at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, MCI and WorldCom.

Rosanne holds a degree in English from Holy Names College. She has held been a board member of the American Heart Association Puget Sound and PAML, LLC (Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories).

Robert Cochanski appointed Corporate Strategy Manager at Cummins

C. Robert Cochanski has been appointed Corporate Strategy Manager for Cummins. Cummins Inc., a global power leader, is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems.

Previously, Robert was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and a Project Manager with Daimler/Evobus.

Robert is a member of Mensa, is fluent in German and Spanish and is a citizen of Germany. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Bachelors in Administration from the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim, Germany.

Ariane Einecker appointed Regional Chief Development Officer at American Red Cross North Texas Region

Ariane Einecker has been appointed Regional Chief Development Officer at American Red Cross North Texas Region. American Red Cross exists to provide compassionate care to those in need. Their network of generous donors, volunteers and employees share a mission of preventing and relieving suffering, here at home and around the world, through five key service areas: Disaster Relief, Supporting American’s Military Families, Lifesaving Blood, Health and Safety Services and International Services.

Ariane has been with American Red Cross since 2012 and previously held roles with Equest Therapeutic Horsemanship, United Way of Metropolitan Dallas and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Ariane is Project Chair for the Junior League of Dallas and is on the boards of Family Gateway and Lee Park Junior Conservancy. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Arizona and was a member of the Leon Levy Expedition to Ashkelon with Harvard University.

Russell Betts Appointed Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana

Russell Betts has been appointed Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, the largest Make-A-Wish Chapter in the US.  As the largest Make-A-Wish® Chapter in the United States, the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana (OKI) Chapter granted nearly 780 wishes in 2012 and more than any other Chapter in the country. With six offices in the tri-state area and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, the Chapter is highly motivated to do more. By 2015, the goal is to grant 1000 wishes in order to meet the needs of even more children in the region.  He is very excited to have the chance to utilize his experience and knowledge to help benefit children.

Previously, Russell was a Practice Director for Netsmart Technologies, where he oversaw and directed a cross functional team comprised of solution architects, engagement leaders, delivery consultants, and project managers, driving efforts to build a high-performing infrastructure to achieve goals. He spearheaded efforts to improve overall service quality to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Russell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University and is a Project Management Professional.

Previously, Praveen was the Chief Enterprise Architect/CTO Enterprise Architecture with Navistar.

Cathy Predmore Appointed Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana

Cathy Predmore has been appointed Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.   As the largest Make-A-Wish® Chapter in the United States, the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana (OKI) Chapter granted nearly 780 wishes in 2012 and more than any other Chapter in the country. Previously, Cathy was a Senior Vice President with Paul Werth Associates, where she directed marketing for all aspects of the firm and provided senior leadership of account teams for a variety of public relations, marketing, advertising and digital clients, with a focus on the education and healthcare verticals.

Cathy is on the board of CATCO, CATCO is central Ohio’s professional theatre company and home of CATCO is Kids (formerly known as The Phoenix Theatre for Children).
