Duane Myatt Appointed Director, Global Health and Wellness for Cummins

Duane Myatt has been appointed Director, Global Health and Wellness for Cummins.  Cummins Inc., a global power leader, is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems. Headquartered in Columbus, Indiana, (USA) Cummins employs approximately 46,000 people worldwide and serves customers in approximately 190 countries and territories through a network of more than 600 company-owned and independent distributor locations and approximately 6,500 dealer locations. Cummins earned $1.66 billion on sales of $17.3 billion in 2012.

Previously, Duane was the Director Corporate Compensation & Benefits for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he implemented the first wellness initiatives to encourage associate engagement in healthy activities, resulting in increased awareness and decreased incidence of modifiable employee behaviors.  Managed strategic planning, design, operation and communication of company benefits and compensation programs for 25,000+ associates.
