Director, Recruiting Operations and Search Consultant

Coral coordinates all of the centralized recruiting functions of our team, including scheduling, logistics, software administration, reporting and all things related to supporting great executive search work for our clients and candidates. She also manages office functions and provides executive support. Coral monitors and prepares business metrics and helps to compose business correspondence and documents.

Before joining McIntyre, Coral was Education Director at BrightPath Active Learning, where she led a small team of teachers in a kindergarten enrichment program focusing on nature, science and the arts. At BrightPath, Coral also functioned as co-administrator working with licensing, training and developing policy and procedure. Prior to teaching, Coral worked for Atlantis Health Plan in New York City, where she held management roles in compliance, member services, and appeals/grievances.

Coral has a long history of performing classical music and pursued an opera career for ten years. Her singing has taken her to many venues and audiences all over the United States. She loves to perform and educate others about her passion for music. She is also involved in volunteering for several organizations most recently The MidOhio FoodBank’s food pantry where she helps with intake at the front desk.

Coral earned a Bachelor of Music in music performance from The University of Dayton, where her primary instrument was voice. She also holds a Master of Music in performance from Manhattan School of Music, and a Master of Science in Education from Hunter College. Her goals include improving her bikram yoga practice, hiking, biking, and running. She likes to explore Columbus — especially taking in all of the culture and great food! In her spare time she performs opera with several local companies and enjoys being an aunt to her four nieces and nephews.
