Steve Lape has been appointed Chief Development Officer at American Red Cross, The Ohio Buckeye Region. American Red Cross exists to provide compassionate care to those in need. Their network of generous donors, volunteers and employees share a mission of preventing and relieving suffering, here at home and around the world, through five key service areas: Disaster Relief, Supporting American’s Military Families, Lifesaving Blood, Health and Safety Services and International Services.

Previously, Steve was with Time Warner Cable as the Group Vice President – Media. He was responsible to guide sales strategy and execution for the company’s largest market portfolio of 12 markets and achieved Year over Year growth of 11%. Prior to this role, he held various sales and leadership positions throughout his 26 year career with Time Warner.

Steve is a former board member of the Childrens’ Hospital Development Board and the Council on Child Abuse and holds a bachelors in Communication from The Ohio State University.

James Harrell has been appointed Plant Manager for Rogue Fitness.  Rogue Fitness is the leading provider of American Made Strength & Conditioning Equipment. Rogue is the official equipment supplier for the CrossFit Games.

Previously, James was the PAC-3 Continuous Improvement Team Manager at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control and has held various roles with Lockheed for the past 8 years. He was the International Lead Field Installation & Quality Engineer for the Po Sheng Program in Taiwan as a contractor for the US government prior to working at Lockheed.

James is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Apollo Root Cause Practitioner and holds a bachelors and graduate certificate in engineering as well as an MBA.

Ariane is Project Chair for the Junior League of Dallas and is on the boards of Family Gateway and Lee Park Junior Conservancy. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from University of Arizona and was a member of the Leon Levy Expedition to Ashkelon with Harvard University.

Russell Betts Appointed Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana

Russell Betts has been appointed Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, the largest Make-A-Wish Chapter in the US.  As the largest Make-A-Wish® Chapter in the United States, the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana (OKI) Chapter granted nearly 780 wishes in 2012 and more than any other Chapter in the country. With six offices in the tri-state area and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, the Chapter is highly motivated to do more. By 2015, the goal is to grant 1000 wishes in order to meet the needs of even more children in the region.  He is very excited to have the chance to utilize his experience and knowledge to help benefit children.

Previously, Russell was a Practice Director for Netsmart Technologies, where he oversaw and directed a cross functional team comprised of solution architects, engagement leaders, delivery consultants, and project managers, driving efforts to build a high-performing infrastructure to achieve goals. He spearheaded efforts to improve overall service quality to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Russell earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University and is a Project Management Professional.
